The AGM is upon us again.

Get it in your diary now!Diary date, Saturday February 27th, 2010, 6:00pm. After the diary difficulties people had last year, we've chosen a Saturday evening, just after Final Score. The intention is to start at 6:00, get the relatively light agenda over and done with quickly and enjoy a drink and a chat about the new season from about 7:30.

This year there is only one vacant committee position, that of Fixture Secretary. If you would like to be nominated, please let me know. It is also the first year that members of the Junior Committee will be able to attend as full voting members.

The papers, including the Agenda, Accounts, Nominations and the Minutes of last year's AGM have been sent out using a mixture of post and email as large documents with lots of paper have become very expensive mail items since The Post Office changed the rules.
