After Herculean efforts on Smudger's part, St Lawrence have been unable to get a side for Monday's game, so it's off. What is everybody doing instead of playing cricket, this summer?

After a couple of league defeats against strong sides (Sandwich and St. Lawrence) the Under 15s needed a win against the combined Betteshanger / St. Margaret's team to kick start their season.  The omens weren't good when a couple of key players had to pull out on the morning of the game.

This Sunday 30th May, Sibton Park's new Senior Girls/Womens team will be opening the bar and putting on a BBQ (not free, but great value) to coincide with a friendly 25 over match against St. Lawrence and Highland Court Ladies  from 2pm.

Friends and families are welcome to come along so long as you give the caterers (via myself) forewarning of approximate numbers.

With fingers-crossed for some nice weather, we're looking forward to a good Bank Holiday Sunday at The Park, let me know numbers a.s.a.p Please.
