Sibton Park won by 58 runs.
Having lost the toss and been asked to bat first, Charles Wilson and Bradley Wake-Smith opened the batting against a wet ball, sometimes keeping low on a damp pitch. It was not easy, but the openers put on a solid stand before Bradley fell to one that came through low. Enter Sam Ansell, who immediately stamped his authority on the game with a series of boundaries. With Charles maintaining his concentration at the other end and some good running between the wickets, the scoreboard now started moving quickly and Folkestone were under pressure.
