If you're not in this list it's because you don't have an account, or you have an account and you haven't updated your profile. See the menu on the left 'My Menu', select 'My Profile' and upload a picture and fill in the profile fields. The 'Player Position' field is mandatory for inclusion in the list. Whatever else you fill in will not appear unless you have entered something in the 'Player Position' field.
